TED KAWULOK, D.D.S.
Dr. Ted Kawulok has had his in private practice in Boulder for over twenty-five years. Since that inception, he has developed a highly respected reputation for providing
excellence in a broad scope of services for his patients. Dr. Kawulok's interests include
comprehensive dental rehabilitation focusing on cosmetic and reconstructive therapies.
This includes cosmetic bonding and veneers (since 1986), aesthetic crowns and bridges,
implant prosthetics including smile makeovers for denture wearers, a strong periodontal
program including soft tissue management, and endodontics (painless root canal therapy).
Recognition of Dr. Kawulok's professional achievement can be noted in the following awards and certifications:
Dr. Kawulok has been nearly a life-long resident of Boulder, moving
here in 1966. He attended Sacred Heart School, and is a graduate of Boulder High School.
Dr. Kawulok attended Northern Arizona University, graduating Cum Laude in Chemistry after 3 years.
He played football at the university and was elected to the NAU sports hall of fame in 1998.
Dr. Kawulok is a 1983 graduate of the University of Colorado School of Dentistry.
Dr. Kawulok has devoted much of his life to volunteering as a youth sports coach, including high school football (Boulder High 1984-1997, Casey Middle School 1999, and Monarch High 2000-present.) This run includes six league championships and two state championships. He has been a youth basketball coach in the YMCA and at Sacred Heart School for 13 years. Dr. Kawulok has also coached at North Boulder Little League for 11 years. His wife Kim and he reside in Boulder with their five children, Chris, Matt, Mike, Joe and Lia. Fellowship in Dental Organizations Dr. Ted Kawulok has been inducted as a Fellow in two honorary dental organizations; the International College of Dentists and the Academy of Dentistry International. The convocation took place at the annual session of the American Dental Association this past Fall. The International College of Dentists recognizes outstanding and meritorious service to the profession and community. Dr. Kawulok was one of 260 members nominated and approved for Fellowship this year. The Academy of Dentistry International recognizes Fellows for professional distinction through conspicuous devoted service and high ethical behavior. Their mission is to advance the art and science of dentistry for the health and welfare of the public, internationally, via development of dental education and dental care missions. Dr. Kawulok is among an exclusive group of dentists whom have received such recognition from the USA chapters of both of these honorary international dental organizations. Previously Dr. Kawulok has also received Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
